The unit we got was exceptionally comfortable with a bath. The location of the hotel was comfortable and stunning - at a walking distance from Tide Mills.

there were a work desk, a flat-screen tv, and a seating area in the room, loved that. the location was convenient and stunning, for example, southover grange gardens was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. there was free wi-fi in the rooms and the service in general was exceptional.

I particularly enjoyed the picturesque views of the hill and village from my large bedroom window. The included breakfast was satisfying and interesting, providing a great start to the day. The attention to detail and basic amenities provided added to the overall value for money.

The room was quite hot and stuffy during our mid-July stay, with no fans offered. We had to leave the windows wide open to get some air circulation, which also meant we could hear some exterior noise.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. We didn't have trouble getting around the city. The room was also equipped with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was great. It was nice to wake up to a hearty meal, especially since we were on a city trip and we needed the energy to keep exploring.

The fixtures were old and coming apart, the room was stuffy, and the air conditioning compressors in other rooms were noisy and dumping heat outside. This made it difficult to sleep at night.
